Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipping Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipment Address
Most Young™ ships to addresses within Malaysia and Singapore Only.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
Most Young™ is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (handling, taxes, etc.).
Damages
Most Young™ is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
International Shipping Policy
We currently only ship to Malaysia and Singapore due to Covid-19.
Reshipment Policy
Our Reshipping Policy provides detailed information about options and procedures for reshipping your goods.
Application for Reshipment
Reshipping is after the purchase transaction, once the goods are received, should be opened immediately to ensure that the goods are not damaged. If there is any damage to the goods, you must immediately take a photo as a proof and contact our support through email at info@mostyoung.com.my.
Our Customers who choose to purchase our goods agree to the terms and conditions herein when ordering services through our website, Facebook, instagram or directly contact with a Most Young agent.
Application for the Return of a good
Buyer may only apply for the reshipping of the goods in the following circumstances:
- The goods has not been received by Buyer within one month;
- The goods was defective and/or damaged on delivery ( not included man-made damage, delays caused by natural disaster ( such as COVID 19 ) ), disaster accident ( such as car accident, fire and flooding );
- Seller has delivered a wrong goods to Buyer;
Buyer’s application must be submitted via the Most Young Website.
Most Young will review each Buyer’s application on a case-by-case basis and, in its sole discretion, determine whether Buyer’s application is successful.
Rights of Seller
When Most Young receives an application from Buyer for the repost of the Item, Most Young will notify buyer in writing. Seller will respond to the Buyer’s application between 1 – 7 days. Most Young will evaluate the buyer’s application to ensure that they are eligible for reshipment. Most Young will review each Buyer’s application on a case-by-case basis and, in its sole discretion, determine whether Buyer’s application may be successful against the circumstances stated by Seller.
Condition of Reshipment goods
In order to enjoy a worry-free experience when reshipping the goods, Buyer should ensure that the goods must be taken as original and take a photo to the Seller in the condition received by Buyer on delivery. We recommend that buyers take a photo of the goods as evidence when receiving it.
Liability of Product Return Shipping Fee
In the scenario of an unforeseen error from the seller’s end (i.e – damaged, faulty or wrong goods delivered to the buyer), the seller will bear the buyer’s re shipping fee.
Communication Between Buyer and Seller
Most Young encourages Users to communicate with each other in the event where a problem arises in a transaction. As Most Young is a platform for Users to conduct trading, Buyer should contact Seller directly for any issue relating to the Item purchased.
